50th meet general observations
sarada avadhanam

The performance of the AP team which participated in the above competition raises many questions which are of fundamental importance and which call for long lasting and basic solutions.
· Each state should be provided a list giving names and addresses of all participants and coaches of the previous three meets in addition to the present meet at the beginning of the meet, which will be useful as a ready reckoner for protests and disqualification prayers by competing teams.
· All the teams should be given a copy of the question paper at the end of the meet to develop question bank for future training needs. Old question papers of the last ten meets should be made available to all the state teams for training purpose.
· The undersigned has made a beginning by placing rules and syllabus on the web the site address is http://allindiapolicedutymeet.blogspot.com/. The amendments to the rules must be placed on the web and the rules book provided to the teams. Eg. All objective type questions in FS written exam.
· The TN has proposed for removal of foot prints and inclusion of digital crimes in its stead as the new digital era is emerging. We may not ask for removal of foot prints event as the mundane crimes still need their foot prints on the soil in the real world but we may prepare for inclusion of digital crime scene search and seizure handling lifting packing questioning procedures for future meets.
· We may have to prepare for digital photography in addition to the old film based photography.
